How do I place an order?

Choose your meals or meal plan, select your portion size, add to basket, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation straight away.

When and where do you deliver?

We deliver across London and surrounding areas. Delivery days and times are shown at checkout based on your location. Delivery fees depend on the distance from Streatham (South West London).

Can I collect my meals instead of delivery?

Yes — collection is available from our Streatham collection point. You’ll receive the exact address in your confirmation email.

How long do the meals last and can I freeze them?

Meals last a few days in the fridge. To keep them longer, freeze them after a few days. Defrost in the fridge before reheating.

– How do I reheat the meals?

– Microwave: a few minutes

– Oven: several minutes at 180°C

– Air fryer: several minutes at 160–180°C

– Ensure meals are piping hot before serving.

Are the meals fresh or frozen?

All meals are cooked fresh to order, chilled, and delivered. Nothing is pre-frozen.

Do you cater for allergies, vegan, or vegetarian meals?

Yes — please notify us before placing your order. We provide vegan and vegetarian options and manage major allergens, although cross-contamination is possible.

Can I customise my meals?

Limited customisations are available: no spice, extra spice, sauce on the side, or removing certain ingredients. Add notes at checkout.

What portion sizes and meal plans do you offer?

Standard (500ml) or Large (650g)

How do I manage, cancel, or report issues with my order?

Orders can be amended or cancelled shortly after purchase. For missing, incorrect, or damaged orders, email info@jjcaribbeanfusion.com promptly with your order details and a photo.

Do you offer private chef, catering, or corporate services?

Yes — email info@jjcaribbeanfusion.com for events, partnerships, or corporate/gym collaborations.
